![]() I received an email from a colleague inviting me to join a folder (according to my understanding) I would like to return to my original paid plan account that I already paid for one year ahead and that has all my folders and files. My colleague tried to help but no longer had a console to re-add me.I tried to log in my original plan account that I pay for and found that my account didn’t exist.My colleague removed me and also cancelled her business plan (still in trial mode) as she realised it’s not what she needed and would cause problems like this.I asked for help in the Dropbox support chat and was told that I should ask my colleague to remove me.When I joined, I found that suddenly all my files were under her name and apparently it is a business account.I received an email from a colleague inviting me to join a folder (according to my understanding).I always pay in March each year for the whole year. I have a personal Dropbox 2TB plan that I pay for (yearly subscription direct debit) for a long many years. ![]() I would just like to explain in a bit more detail what happened.
